Delivery policy


Our standard delivery is charged at £4.00, any order over £75 qualifies for free delivery. Any delivery charge will be automatically added at checkout.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days* via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to addresses in the UK Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands.

We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control caused by Royal Mail. Note that Royal Mail are particularly busy in key holiday periods such as Christmas. We advise customers use the tracking service to track their parcel.
